Integrando telecamere remote per il riconoscimento dei codici, sensori e barriere fisiche di varco direttamente con il PCS, il progetto collega l'infrastruttura fisica con le operazioni digitali per consentire il tracciamento fluido e automatizzato dei movimenti di merci e vagoni.<\/p><p>La piattaforma dispone di un cruscotto di controllo centralizzato che traccia gli annunci giornalieri dei vagoni attraverso cinque parametri chiave:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Numero di annuncio (Announcement Number):<\/strong> Identificativi di tracciamento univoci per ogni spedizione ferroviaria.<br>\n<strong>Operatore ferroviario (Railway Operator):<\/strong> Il vettore ferroviario attivo che gestisce il movimento.<br> \n<strong>Operatore del terminal (Terminal Operator):<\/strong> La specifica posizione di movimentazione all'interno del porto.<br>\n<strong>Codice dello spedizioniere (Freight Forwarder Code):<\/strong> L'agente logistico commerciale che orchestra il carico.<br>\n<strong>Stato (Status):<\/strong> Punti di controllo operativi in tempo reale, che spostano automaticamente le unit\u00e0 attraverso flussi di lavoro specifici:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">WagonsAtEntrance: Unit\u00e0 attualmente in transito attraverso i varchi di ingresso fisici.<br>\nWaitingCustoms: Spedizioni in attesa dei registri obbligatori di sdoganamento.<br> \nWaitingWagonHandover: Vagoni in coda per la distribuzione sui binari del terminal.<br>\nManipulations: Materiale rotabile attivamente sottoposto a operazioni di carico, scarico o smistamento.<br>\nCompleted: Servizi di trasbordo ferroviario finalizzati con successo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In definitiva, tutti i dati tracciati vengono condivisi tramite API con la piattaforma principale <strong>TRANSPOGOOD<\/strong>, eliminando la frammentazione informativa e consentendo agli stakeholder transfrontalieri di pianificare e monitorare le rotte merci in modo fluido.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9d32b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"f9d32b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<iframe\r\n    src=\"https:\/\/pcspilot.ppa.hr\/public-portal\/wagon\"\r\n    width=\"100%\"\r\n    height=\"600\"\r\n    style=\"border:0; border-radius:8px;\"\r\n    loading=\"lazy\"\r\n    referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\r\n    title=\"Carrello pilota PCS\">\r\n<\/iframe>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Port of Plo\u010de Authority (PPA) pilot action focuses on the comprehensive digitalization of railway procedures by upgrading the port&#8217;s Port Community System (PCS).
